1. Description of Commissioned Requirements:

Products &<)> Services Requirement:
（1） Purpose: In executing the "International SpaceTech Startup Suppo
rting Program," organized by the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup
Administration (SMESA), Ministry of Economic Affairs, co-organized by t
he Taiwan Space Agency (TASA), and executed by the Industrial Technology
Research Institute (ITRI), we focus on advancing Taiwan’s space indust
ry and fostering talent cultivation. By partnering with Space South Cent
ral, we aim to maximize program visibility, attract UK and European Spac
eTech startups with key technologies seeking to establish a presence in
Taiwan, and expand market opportunities for Taiwan-based SpaceTech star
tups.
（2） Contents:
i. Space South Central will organize and co-host an online information
session to promote the "2026 TAcc+ International SpaceTech Startup Supp
orting Program," organized by the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startu
p Administration (SMESA), Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), for their
organization members.
ii. Space South Central will provide a recommendation list of (20) poten
tial startups, covering both space tech and drone/unmanned aerial vehicl
es (UAV) sectors, to evaluate potential candidates that align with the T
Acc+ program's areas of focus and spec requirements.
iii. Space South Central will support around (5) startups in completi
ng their applications for the 2026 TAcc+ SpaceTech Startup Supporting Pr
ogram. They will provide recommendation letters, and recommended startup
s should specify Space South Central as their ‘endorser’ in their appl
ications.

關工作時，承攬商應簽署本院安全衛生承諾書，於開工前參與施工安全衛生會議，
工程案並辦妥相關保險，會議中應提示保險單據，未辦妥保險者，不得開工。承攬
商辦理保險範圍不足或未能自保險人獲得足額理賠者，其損失或損害賠償，應由承
攬商負擔。作業中也應指派安全衛生管理人員，作業單，一切責任由承攬商自行負
責，並應賠償本院因此所受之損害＊＊
