2.Products & Services Requirement
2.1 Travel Arrangements JTB will organize and book the following flights
, and provide the full list of issued tickets before ITRI processes the
payment. We kindly request that all flight tickets be finalized and del
ivered on or before December 18.
- CI100 Taipei → Tokyo Narita (Jan 21, 2026)
- CI101 Tokyo Narita → Taipei (Jan 24, 2026)
2.2 Accommodation
- Hotel Grand Shinonome (Tsukuba) – 1 night
- Ikebukuro Hotel Grand‑City (Tokyo) – 2 nights
2.3 Transportation Provide private coach services throughout the itinera
ry, including airport transfers, inter‑city transfers, and city travel.
2.4 Site Visits & Professional Activities
Day 1: JAXA Tsukuba Space Center – Astronaut Experience Workshop
Day 2: JAXA Guided Tour, ispace Visit
Day 3: TenQ VR Experience, ArkEdge Space Visit
Day 4: Tokyo City Drive‑By & Airport Transfer
2.5 Meals: 3 hotel breakfasts, 2 scheduled lunches, and in-flight meals
2.6 Interpreter & Tour Support: Support: 4-day interpreter services – E
nglish/Japanese ↔ Chinese; includes accommodation and meal expenses
2.7 Administration & Planning Fees: AMARYS system fee, secretariat fees,
and planning fee
3. Payment & Acceptance Payments will be based on actual expenses and ac
cepted deliverables, subject to ITRI verification. All payments to JTB w
ill be processed by December 30, 2025, with the remittance expected to b
e received by JTB on the same day. All payment procedures will be fully
completed no later than January 2, 2026.
