本院採購進口出版品招標說明

本院圖書/期刊/資料庫等出版品之採購，依中華民國著作權法第八十七條相關規定，特此說明本院採購進口出版品之相關作業規定：

  1. 售予本院進口出版品之廠商，必須取得著作財產權人授權，且同意在中華民國地區合法販售，方有資格參與本院購案投標。
  2. 本院採購決標原則，由所有報價廠商中，選擇報價最低且低於底價者，簽訂採購契約。

ITRI’s guidelines for bidding on procurement of imported publications, periodicals and databases

To procure imported publications, periodicals and databases, ITRI will be complying with the Copyright Act ROC Article 87 and related regulations:

  1. The vendors providing ITRI with imported publications, periodicals and databases must be legally authorized by the legal copyright holders.
  2. ITRI's principle for awarding procurement: The legally authorized bidder quoting the lowest bidding price will be awarded the contract.
